Responsible for Faculty recruitments with BITS Pilani (Hyderabad campus).Involved in recruiting faculty for all the departments for all the positions as per the advertisement placed by BITS.Conducted interviews online (Skype) for both Indian and International applicants.Experienced in handling applications for all positions at all levels using all available means of communication.Handled all the job related and interview related queries with all the applicants.Handled the Career portal and Business Portal issues with applications and Chairpersons.Handled all the logistics involved in conducting in-person final interviews at Hyd campus Maintaining reports on HRMS - Selected, Rejected and Joined and also Resigned data.Involved in Department level, Campus level and University level meetings for the next hiring cycle.

Worked on IT, Non-IT, and ITES Clients.• Responsible for complete Life Cycle of Recruitment and Interviewing of candidates to identify qualified candidates based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, etc.• Sourcing the Profiles through various job Portals, social networks, Job Postings, MassMailing and References. • Responsible for initial screening, cold calling, short listing and intimating regarding the Interviews.• Responsible for negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, etc.• Build and maintain databank of Professionals according to skill set.
