With 12 years of experiencing designing programs for a diverse set of clients: from performance athletes to executives, and seniors to soon-to-be mothers, and an instinct for teaching large groups. Specializing in alignment and functional movement, Kerry’s teaching is centered on the principles of Joseph Pilates, Vinyasa and Anusara yoga. Teaching is one of the great joys in her life; and part of her foundation for living in a busy world. She is excited to teach and humbled by the dedication of her students.
