  Oversee all on air product. Establish and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in the production of station on air product, with particular emphasis on News. Supervise, hire, train and discipline staff of Technical Media Operators – Newscast Director and Master Control Operator hybrid. Oversee training and installation of new equipment including Vizrt ticker, Vizrt graphic system and Logitek automated audio, Ross Overdrive upgrades and Ross Carbonite.Oversaw installation of news studio set. Once installed designed and installed lighting for new set.Oversee communication between Technical Media Operators and Traffic. Ensure that all commercial spots and programming are being logged properly.Work closely with all station departments in maintaining station on-air operations and the production and presentation of high quality newscasts and other station productions.
