• Managing a caseload of job seekers from diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of mental health/addiction and supporting them into their employment goals• Building networks and relationships within the local community by providing clients with access to training providers, non-vocational activities and labour market knowledge.• Working collaboratively with my bayside team/staff to find sustainable employment for our job seekers• Keeping current on industry trends and be capable of adapting accordingly• Ensuring our administration is to the required standard of full compliance• Providing regular communication with key stakeholders to develop sustainable working relationships• Implementation of intervention strategies when a job seeker is at risk of losing employment or has lost employment.

• Liaise with customer service team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders• Regular communication with Team Leader on process improvements• Ensure quality of presentation and accuracy of contents of all outgoing parcels to customers• Picking, packing and dispatching of lenses, frames and finished spectacles
