Interim role to help SITE BC to keep on running since the former President,who resigned in May 2017 due to full time in establishing his own business until February 2019. Appointed to be a Life President by the Board of SITE BC since February 2019. Keep contributing my effort and knowledge as much as I can to keep SITE BC running.

I was the Program coordinator for this WIMI 45+ program which was ended on August 31, 2019. Luckily my proposal from my own initiative submitted in June 2019, obtained a two years contract from BC Government. and I am the Program Coordinator of this WIMBI program started from October 21, 2019 at PICS for its Vancouver and Surrey offices. (http://www.successbc.ca/eng/content/view/6206). I was the first pioneer and one of the founders of Job Mentoring Program for professional immigrants in BC since 2002. Because of the excellent result and good word spread out from the clients, the funder put in more funding to many employment services providers in BC to run similar programs since 2004. The mandate of this Job Mentoring Program is to right match the professional immigrant with a Mentor who is an experienced and qualified local professional in the same field to help the foreign-trained professional immigrants understand the local market of their original profession and develop their local professional network. It helps the clients ultimately land jobs returning to their original profession. In addition to my role as the Job Mentoring Program Coordinator in S.U.C.C.E.S.S. I also need to do Case Management work as a Case Manager for helping job seekers to return to the workforce. I provide employment / career development services to unemployed clients in the Lower Mainland / Greater Vancouver areas. My duties are to provide counselling, coaching and direct assistance to clients through one-to-one appointments and facilitating appropriate referrals to Intervention(s) of EAS programs in the community in order to enhance the employability of the clients and finally to help clients land a job offer.
