RESPONSIBILITIES:-Lead focus groups to evaluate customer drivers for Internet service offerings, service experience and brand awareness.-Manage the distributor/end user relationship in all accounts maintaining focus on emerging healthcare segments.-Cultivate new business partnerships and deepen existing relationships to drive business, support community outreach and achieve sales objectives.-Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are meet.-Help build application ISV group from ground-up including target markets, partner strategy, messaging, CRM, go-to-market programs.-Maintain CRM systems to ensure firm is speaking to the right contacts with the right messages at the right time.-Work directly with DoD users to define requirements and identify candidate technologies.-Deliver strategic partnerships and acquisitions that support enterprise business strategy, moving opportunities from concept to market testing and business integration.-Develop and implement effective sales, marketing and business development plans, including acquisition and integration of market database.-Work closely with the referral sources in promoting owner occupy, investment, and SBA loans to identify businesses.-Ensure that privacy terms protect customer data and verify that all customer data collect by and for the LLC remains anonymous.-Transform poor performing distributors into successful growing partners, through developing individual growth plans and participating in their execution.
