Over the past 29 years, I have dedicated myself to daily excellence with Transmonde (fka Arga Communications), a global E-Commerce and Direct Mail Fulfillment corporation. Our data center is operational 24 hours, 7 days per week. We utilize the industry's leading software packages in conjunction with custom applications to provide the most secure and efficient processing environment while at the same time offering the flexibility necessary to meet the needs of the fast-paced e-commerce environment. Our Customer Care staff of four manages all aspects of our customer's purchase experience. Personally answering every inquiry, an average of 1,500 per day, they understand every contact they have with a customer is an opportunity to build upon that relationship and make it a positive experience. I am proud to work with an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring staff who are committed to ensuring our customers' needs are consistently being met. I began as a Keypunch Operator and progressed through six levels to my current role as IT Manager. The IT Department is comprised of a Senior Programmer, a System Developer, two intermediate staff members, and two outsourced IT professionals. I continuously identify potential improvements, research and recommend specific upgrades, lead development and implementation efforts, and maintain company systems at a 24/7/365 world class level, to serve the company’s global business reach. My career includes significant responsibility and achievement in systems analysis, quality assurance, project management, customer service, and business analysis. Throughout my career I have been a key liaison between the technology and business functions.I enjoy connecting with other professionals on LinkedIn and continuing my lifelong learning.
