My professional experience extends into many areas of customer service. I spent 13 years in the title insurance industry, working from the bottom up so to speak. I left the company as a Project Coordinator/IS Troubleshooter/Quality Control Manager. I also spent a combined 10 years in different aspects of retail all related to customer service. I also spent 10 years in the coffee business ending as a Shift Superviser/Manager and having had a tremendous "on-the-job training" in handling difficult situations while being courteous but firm. And...last but not least is the 5 years I spent bartending at busy sports bars. I have to say, in all my customer service jobs, I liked this one the best. Interacting with friends and new friends is very satisfying. Goals?
