Making outbound calls

contract Conduct outbound calls to customer to provide information about products and point redemption services.Develop relationship with customer to ensure titsl customers satisfaction.Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.To follow up, complete and submit customer’s application timely.To ensure high service standards by making sure all presentation to customers are in accordance to given product guide.

Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge.To handle customer's order processing and follow up on delivery status of order, enquiry and other matters..Check, sort, record and file all related documents according to the company standard requirements.Perform HOC duties assigned by operation manager/Undertake other duties assigned or directed by superior by time to time.

Generating sales revenue through new and existing customers.Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products and new product, within the requested timeline.

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.Handling queries via calls/emails/web enquires.Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame. Completing comments in software.Sending requests to stations for updates.Maintaining daily query sheet. Providing best customer service with quality.Reduce customer dissatisfaction.
