Successfully eliminated manual entry in multiple systems reducing the number of overall systems to support. Delivered solutions enabling business stakeholders to be effective, efficient, and agile. Served as technical lead for successful roll out of two e-commerce sites for the Museum and Hatch Show Print (each created and launched in less than four weeks).

Led the implementation of company-wide CRM and POS software, Tessitura. Provided data analytics, project-based research, and leadership.
