• Good knowledge of Telcom Domain with in-depth exposure in BSS.• Exposure to Billing System Tools, CRM, OMS, Ratting, Billing, Discount, Invoicing, Collection, Usage Processing (TC), AMC, DMI, Jenkins, HF deployment, UFT(Automation).• Very well verse experience in Digital/Web Testing.• Having Good knowledge of Amdocs Billing System, Journaling & Bill Generation Flows.• Sound Knowledge of SQL & UNIX.• Experience in Functional, Regression, Sanity, SIT, ST & End to End Testing.• Good Exposure in Automation testing via UFT Tool.• Preparation of Test Design, Test Execution.• Good Exposure in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle & Software Testing Life Cycle• Having Good knowledge of API Testing using Postman and SOAP UI.• Good Exposure in all phases Scrum Testing, Ad hoc Testing, Port-in & Port-out (PIPO).• Very well verse experience in DMS Code testing and Oracle ASM.• Going through the Business requirement documents and preparing requirement matrix, Designing high level & low-level design for the test execution.• Good Exposure in agile methodology.• Order preparation, Order Management, and different types of Business Flows.• Running Usages (TC), Handling Billing activities like EOD, EOC, Confirmation.• Handling EOM and validating Journaling activities related to that.• Validating itemized bills of customer for One-time charges, Recuring Charges, Usages Charges like VOISE, DATA, International Roaming, LTE and television and discounts, etc...• Generating Test cases for test Execution in Jira/ALM.• Creating Test Plan/cases based on calendar highlights in Quality Centre.• Defect Tracking, Defect Retesting and RCA analysis for rejected defects.• Always be a part of production support, Testing the High-level scenarios on LIVE during Production
