Fixed term contract as School Office Manager to cover maternity leave alongside my financial role.

SEN Teaching Assistant- Secondary. I am currently working 1:1 with a pupil with severe Autism. I conduct our day based on the child’s needs. I am familiar in encouraging the child to complete work tasks and encourage speech and language using makaton and Pecs. I use Attention Autism in order to keep concentration level and also intensive interaction as the child is mostly non verbal. I also work within the classroom of SEN pupils again encouraging to attend to fast and supporting them in the day to day life at School.

SEN Primary Teaching Assistant. Job role included supporting staff and pupils. I would work with our pupils to complete makaton, speech and language, attention autism, intensive interaction and much more.

Front face of the School. I would meet with School staff, Parents and Pupils each day and would also liase with other companies and organisations via telephone calls, email and face to face.My job role consisted of keeping the School running smoothly alongside the School Business Manager. I would purchase items for the School using a given budget and would also take care of the pupils by typing up letters to go home to parents. I would use the My Concern app if I had any issues which needed to arise with the DSL. I would work closely with the DSL after receiving phone calls regarding certain situations and incidents.I have fantastic communication skills and I am very approachable.

Part time Shop Floor Assistant. My duties included running the department on behalf of my manager. I would complete tasks to the best of my ability & manage the team. I would also deal with customers and their comments & complains. This job role included inventing stock and dealing with our system to rectify and situations regarding stock.
