I am a natural resources lawyer, with over 20 years of experience in resolving litigated disputes in state and federal court. My practice encompasses a broad array of environmental issues, including remediation of and cost recovery for contaminated property, defense of toxic tort claims, alleged violations of underground storage tank statutes, and disputes over water rights associated with endangered species. I also negotiate real property and asset transactions involving environmentally-impacted properties and facilities.
