Prepared Gant/milestone charts regularly. Managed large development project for L-3 by coordinating engineering and manufacturing resources. Developed project plans, resolved issues and conflicts, and worked with suppliers to meet material budgets. Responsibilities also included providing market direction for new product development.

Responsible for managing all business and programs for Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ, M/A-Com’s largest military customer. Also managed space programs out of Lockheed Martin in Newtown, PA. Total budget responsibility was $32M. Managed business development across several divisions of M/A-Com, coordinating efforts from facilities in Roanoke; Established myself as single point of contact for all information exchange between Lockheed in Moorestown and M/A-Com. Attended extensive training in Six Sigma risk management techniques. Provided milestone schedules, negotiated large scale contracts, managed product development from beginning to end for custom MMIC design. Had a Secret level clearance. Established relationships with high level management personnel within Lockheed Martin to elevate M/A-Com to key supplier status.
