Complete inhouse and on site handling of Projects from the kick-off meeting till the completion of the project by attending all the client meeting at the site and office, arranging the drawings, preparing and verifying the BOQ and its Prices, finalizing the Third party & consultant checking on the products, coordinating with the various departments such as Sales, Planning, Production, QC, Delivery etc for the successful completion of the project in the sense of delivery of materialsComplete handling and controlling the team of proposal and sales team for the pricing and bidding for various projects As a part of the Proposal Department, fully involved for giving best offer to the client on time within the company policy for the pricing.o Interacting with the client for the finalization of the projects by giving best offer in which the pricing BOQ has been prepared by extracting the BOQ form the client’s drawing by coordinating with the Technical and Sales Departments.o Preparing the daily / weekly / monthly reports of sales with the profit margin and send to the Company CEO as a part of the company strategy.Follow-up for the payments also part of the assignmentso Expert in dealing and finalizing the contracts with its terms and conditionso Handled lots of Fiberglass piping and related projects in and out of UAE with the vast experience in the fiberglass pipeline field and product knowledgeo Well versed with controlling and minimizing the costs of projects by completing well before the schedule with all the qualities.o Interacting with the CEO of the company to the client from the kick-off meeting till the supply and successful completion of the projects.o Handled the complete team from various departments starting from Sales, Planning, Production, QC, Delivery, Finance etc for the successful completion of the projects. Handled, controlled, managed various projects consist of all the fiberglass products around the Middle East, Vietnam, Africa, India
