Complete handling of various projects in and outside UAE from the Excavation till the commissioning of the piping system for the Underground applications and from the support erection to the commissioning of the piping system for the Aboveground applications As a Site Engineer, independently handled lots of Fiberglass piping projects in and out of UAEStudying the client drawing or P&ID and extracting the measurements, co-ordinates, levels to the respective piping isometric drawings for the piping projects. Thorough knowledge about the Aboveground & Underground piping applications, its system, design and operating system based on the requirements of the projects as per the guidelines and specifications from the clients. Well versed with the various site jointing methods of Fiberglass piping such as Lamination, coupling, flanges, cementing (adhesive bonding) etc. Giving guidance to the site fabrication of spools based on the re-routing and site conditions. Checking and advising the design, supply and installation of temporary and permanent supports of fiberglass piping for the above ground applications. Advising and guiding of piping corridor dimensions, its design, bedding preparation, backfilling, de-watering etc for the underground piping applications of the Fiberglass piping projects at the site. Co-ordinating with the client’s and consultant office, preparing the progress reports, attending the client meeting etc are the part of the job. Preparation of site ITP / Commissioning procedure, Method Statement etc for the projects in conjunction with the project specification and client requirements. Giving guidance and preparing documentation for the repair procedure and its execution as and when its required. Expert in the handling of projects by properly guiding any amount of work force by minimizing the costs and reducing the materials wastes at the site, Expert in the fiberglass coating, in-situ lamination inside the concrete chambers /Manholes & Steel Tanks etc
