I provide Hybrid Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification trainings for public and private institutions. Training involves two hours of learning on your own time and seven total hours of training via Zoom, ending in a certification in Mental Health First Aid (good for three years). MHFA is established and run through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
