He was also involved in transforming the Entry Level Trainees (ELT) program and planning and execution of lateral hiring for global corporate pool.Earlier, he designed frameworks & systems to enable People Supply Chain Processes for Wipro's $8 Billion IT Business. He has been in involved in design and evangelization of Wipro’s Competency Framework and successfully launched multiple Organizational development initiatives. Outside work, He is a sports aficionado and spends his time playing both physical sports like Badminton/Table-Tennis and mind-sports like Bridge. He is also the Joint-Secretary of Karnataka State Bridge Association where his charter is to increase use of technology improve the Bridge playing experience.
