I work with ages 13+ in individual, family, and couples counseling. My degrees are in Psychology and Social Work, and I am licensed in the state of South Carolina as an Independent Clinical social worker. My therapeutic approach is predominately client centered. Meaning you are an equal partner in the therapy process, I seek to understand you and maintain an awareness and sensitivity to your experiences and point of view. I work alongside you to support you in your processing, goal setting, and growth. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques in order to best fit your needs. I value connection, authenticity, acceptance and being open-minded. Aside from work, I aim to practice a healthy work/life balance through self-care, fun activities, spending time with loved ones and being outside, especially in the water.
