Reporting directly to the CIO, I led the strategy and execution of IT Digital Workplace services for Enbridge's 17,000+ users across North America including Service Desk, Desktop & Regional Support, Executive Support, Telephony, Meeting Rooms, End Point Management, Productivity & Collaboration tools (eg. Microsoft 365) and Mobility. Also proudly served as Chairperson for the 2019 Enbridge Capital Region United Way Campaign where we raised $1.5M towards ending homelessness in Edmonton.

I was accountable for all Applications and IT Services provided to the organization's Liquid Pipelines division including highly critical safety and operations applications requiring high (99.99%) uptime. Was accountable for over 300 total applications and a delivery team of over 100 internal staff and an additional 100 managed service staff.• The 2016 purchase of Spectra provided the opportunity to rationalize over 150 applications resulting in $2M annual savings. • Was very proud to be part of the team that pioneered the first agile software development project (scrum) within the organization resulting in high customer satisfaction on a very complex scheduling
