I support the work of our diverse team of specialist specifically in the areas of cultural change management, strategic planning, improving student learning, and technology efficacy. Our team provides a broad range of services based on areas of divisional need from supporting classroom teachers, to district facilitators, to divisional leadership. We also support IT teams in all facets of the use of both educational and business technology.

Transition and change support for the Learning Technologies Department. Led a team of highly skilled technicians and educational management employees to develop process and team-based data driven decision making. Specifically focused on upgrading IT infrastructure, business and planning processes and improvement of overall communication. Interviewed and was on the selection team for the employee that would continue this work full time.

Leveraged leadership, education and technology skills to transform the use of technology in learning in Foothills School Division. As a part of this work, I managed a team of technical personnel to develop, modify and maintain a networked system of computers and peripherals to support education.While managing the technical aspects of the division I actively worked with the Learning Services Leadership Team developing supports and processes to improve student learning and teacher practice. An exemplar of my efforts was the transformation of our school libraries into learning commons - a bold initiative to create learning hubs that required a critical review of literature and the supportive work to transform these learning spaces.
