After graduating from St Xaviers College securing 14th rank in Calcutta University, I became a Chartered Accountant in 1992, securing 22nd rank on all India basis in Inter exams. I have been in practice for more than 25 years giving valuable profession service in the field of Taxation, Corporate Law and Management Consultancy. A regular speaker at CA Institute, ICSI, Income Tax Training Institute, various chambers of commerce and study circles on topics related to direct tax, corporate structuring, insolvency laws etc. I always believe in giving value added services to clients with varied experience and deep knowledge in the subject in a cost effective manner.
