He developed leadership from within his team, who delivered on operational excellence & strong governance. The evolution was driven by him leading the organization in context of and through waves of change.

• Deal due diligence and negotiation for 2 mega-deals - conducting business modeling and deal structuring and negotiation for mega-deals, legal entity structuring, project management and scalability of solutions as well.
• Managing FP&A for the unit, and eventually entity, working with global leadership while developing Accounting framework for shift from SOP 97-2 to 81-1 for appropriate services contracts.

• Managed MIS and reporting requirements globally and drove disinvestment of Product Line ($225M+ impact) in the semiconductor space using real options.
• Helped develop 3 year Sales & Marketing plan for Intel South Asia and Drove the delivery of 20%+ growth plans for 2005.

• Creation of Revenue-to-investment IPO trajectory for portfolio that became the blueprint for investing into the companies and developing financial policies.
• Developed pricing and product strategy for Business including value proposition in the health Insurance KPO space towards retaining price premium while providing customer value from cost-arbitrage and superior quality.
• Supported Funding Needs and led fund-raising all the way through road shows, capital share conversation, and making investor choices.
• First exposure into ITeS space with managing a 50-strong CA team delivering US Tax returns.

• Supported the General Business for the Indian market, and subsequently APAC Post Sales Services Teams.
• Key deliverables included the Forecast, Opportunity and Operations management system within IBM India.
• Roll-out of corporate Planning Process for IBM-India while helping to modify it to suit the diverse needs of the Indian market and the groups based in India.
