 Formulation of Master Construction Schedules, Time & Cost Monitoring Formulation of Contracts, Tender Release, Evaluate, Negotiate & make Recommendations, Vendor Management, Contract Administration, & Contracts Closure for all projects under the management of JURONG Consultants (India) Budgets, Cash-flows & S-Curves, Status Charts and MIS Reports Liaison with Employers, Contractors, Architects and all other External Agencies, and intra-division Personnel. Key Involvement in developing a Client Server based information system for project management including Preliminary estimate, Pretender estimate, Standard specification, Rate analysis, Project management procedures, Time monitoring and Cost monitoring system.  Actively participated for preparation of ISO Documentation & Certification, and selected as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001-2000 for the Organization
