Key Accountabilities: Ensure that Outlet manager and their team keep the Outlets to the highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times. Monitor the implementation of all policies, SOPs, System related guideline and control mechanisms. Ensure stock control to make sure store shrink is within company guidelines so as to protect company property and assets. Setting sales and operational goals and expectations, and then ensuring that those goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring. Analyze Sales figures, wastage rates, admin cost etc. on a regular basis and prepare necessary reports for top management. Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly and courteously  Organize and schedule regular store visits to ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, Outlet operations, and loss prevention. Maintain competitive awareness by continuously monitoring the competition and then reacting accordingly to maintain the competitive business advantage. Identify local merchandise assortment opportunities and partners with necessary department, field and support center resources to rectify and solve issues. Analyze margin and profit levels and develop action plans to address opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage, motivate, train and develop staff according to the company policies. Monitoring, providing guideline to the outlet managers and head of department and providing relevant training to make the outlet profitability. Plan, forecast, report on sales, cost and business performance, according to company requirements.  Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics and communicate this to relevant departments in the company. Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as requires. Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers. Supervise selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor cost and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the outlet. Administer health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities and staff and customer awareness, according to company policy and relevant law. Train and monitor subordinates to understand processes and procedures. Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
