Manage and provide oversight in a team setting of multiple subcontractors in complex federal workforce grants totaling over $10 million. Developed and conducted training, developed program management tools and data management solutions for compliance and reporting purposes, provided analysis of outcomes.Coached staff on developing performance-based contracts with strong evaluation components. Developed methods for ensuring reimbursement-based instruments could operate within a performance framework. Contracts included personal service, client service and IT projects.Designed and executed a competitive grant processes to identify and fund “learning laboratory” grant recipients. This federal grant provided funds to community college and business partnerships to assist low-income workers gain training at the workplace.
