In the early 2000s, I made a significant career shift from Accounting and business to holistic health. This decision was influenced by a major auto accident, which opened my eyes to the importance of not just physical health but mental and emotional well-being. In my healing process, I became curious of how to heal naturally. With my studies and experience in Acupuncture, Transpersonal Psychology, and Breathwork, I am now aligned with my passion for helping others and offer a holistic approach to wellness.Throughout my journey of supporting and educating others with pain relief, mental and emotional wellness, to include psychosomatic issues, I’ve integrated holistic health practices that blend the wisdom of ancient traditions with modern science. This unique combination forms the foundation of my approach, empowering my clients to achieve not only physical wellness but also a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit, further deepening into wholeness and fulfillment from within.Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse environments. I served as an Acupuncturist on a cruise ship for four years, then adapted to coaching clients online over the pandemic by helping them maintain a positive mindset, eat healthy, and manage stress and trauma. Since 2005, I continue to travel internationally and offer Holotropic Breathwork retreats.I continue to offer Holotropic Breathwork retreats because I believe in the transformative power of Breathwork as an accessible tool to tap into our inner healing wisdom. In addition, I provide an online Breathwork program designed to help individuals relieve stress, stay focused, and feel motivated.My life mission is to offer tools and resources that allow people to clear trauma, release emotional heaviness that no longer serves them, and move towards a sense of wholeness and inner peace.
