Operating an online sports media company that provides coverage of collegiate and professional sports throughout the country. Our mission is to help other professionals in the industry grow in their field and move into full-time work. Supervises several team members located in several locations in the United States. Currently operating as the co-founder and lead sports writer/editor covering teams such as FC Cincinnati Columbus Crew SC, UC Bearcats, Wright State Raiders, Miami RedHawks and The Ohio State Buckeyes along with other various teams throughout Ohio. Completes media credential requests to gain access to games for photographers, videographers and journalists throughout the country. Edits articles and publishes written material on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and company website.

Works with youth placed at Nicholas Residential Treatment Center to improve behaviors, engage in pro-social activities & make positive choices. Manages a caseload of several males and females, ages 13-17, who require a variety of needs in relation to their case. Work effectively with other members of the Court, community & various public agencies to plan and manage the futures of the children we serve. Lead Independent Living groups to aide children in the education of necessary life skills to allow them to make pro-social, productive choices as a young adult.

Assessing new foster parent applicants by interviewing the family, assessing the safety and stability of the family and making recommendations regarding the family’s ability to provide foster care to children who have been subject to child abuse/neglect. Training various pre-service training subjects to teach potential foster parents the skills needed to care for children who have experienced varying levels of trauma. Manages a caseload of ongoing foster homes by completing license recertifications, home study amendments and investigation alleged rule violations as necessary.

An Executive Assistant to CEO Larry Connor responsible for compiling memos and notes from dictations, meal planning and preparation, personal shopping, approving invoices pertaining to horse training, breeding and racing partnerships, monitoring emails and ensuring necessary communique is provided to appropriate individuals, and assisting in planning and scheduling various travel.

Provided case management services for individuals experiencing substance abuse, mental health concerns, domestic violence, homelessness, etc. while building relationships with community partners and law enforcement. Four years were spent in a high-risk Ongoing unit working with children in foster care, residential facilities and kinship homes completing case planning and providing services to families in an effort to reunify children with their biological families. When unable to do so, working to obtain permanent custody of the children was necessary to establish permanency. One year was spent as a Caseworker Trainer providing training to new Caseworkers and assisting in managing their caseloads working in Assessment investigating new allegations of child abuse/neglect. Over one year was spent as an Adoption/Independent living Caseworker as a licensed Adoption Assessor working to establish permanent for children either through adoption or independent living once the children reached age 18. Highly skilled in preparing and filing legal documentation such as court complaints, motions and affidavits in all positions held.
