• I handle 23 departments, where I manage rostering, attendance and leave management, Employee Management, PMS implementation, Employee engagement activities ..• Additionally, I conduct weekly meetings with the respective business Leads, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, provide performance management guidance to line management (including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions), and maintain the Master Tracker to obtain approval from clients and finance and understand the purchase order process and profit analysis.

• I handle recruitment, sourcing profiles, and am involved in the hiring process documentation. I am responsible for onboarding and full and final settlement of employees. I have good exposure to generating PF & ESI and handling related queries from employees, as well as online transfer claims and uploading KYC processes and Callahan in the PF portal.• Additionally, I have experience in payroll handling for 5000+ employees, including following up on attendance, generating paysheets, and performing calculations. I am proficient in Excel, particularly in using vlookup and other formulae.

•I handle internal recruitment and maintain the database. I play a key role and have the responsibility of managing recruitment and drives, conducting employee onboarding, and maintaining and updating all employee files. Additionally, I undertake tasks in performance management, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, and maintain employee files and records. I handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing, as well as assist in implementing employee engagement activities.• My responsibilities and duties include sourcing and shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews, verifying documents, negotiating salaries, issuing offers, and onboarding candidates. I also handle joining formalities and maintain employee files

• I handle the end-to-end recruitment process and communicate with project leads while maintaining good relationships with Business Development managers and Business Associates. My role is to guide them and explain the project to them, as well as ensuring that they are effectively working on the project.
