•Responsible for handling the full life cycle of Recruitment Process for APAC region (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) and also India.•Searching suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals (LinkedIn, Jobstreet.com, Naukri.com, Monster), references, professional sites (LinkedIn Premium & RPS, etc.), Networking,upon the required skill sets.•Posting Jobs at various job portals & professional sites•Sending the scrutinized profiles to the clients & coordinating with them for short- listing & interview scheduling.•Conducting Interviews - Assessing the candidates on their Communication Skills and Salary drawn and Salary expected, date of joining.•Arranging telephonic and personal interviews to the shortlisted candidates.•Interaction & smooth coordination between client & candidates at the time of offer stage.Keeping continuous follow-up with 'Offer Accepted' candidates, helping them for DOJ extension & thereby ensuring their joining.•Daily recruitment status report - Generate daily reports exhibiting number of technical selects, number of rejects, Candidates on hold and number of offers generated.•Handled the portal of Artificial Intelligence to record the database
