* Handling multiple Positions& providing end-to-end recruitment to our client.* Recruiting candidates on deputation/ Placement.* Have experience of working for different verticals like senior level, middle and junior level position in different sectors.* Prepare Job Description for all posts in the organization.* Recruiting the prospective candidates through multiple sources such as Job portals, Existing database, Referrals, etc.* Understanding the requirement and sourcing relevant profiles through portals (posting, mass mailing, and search), references, networking, and headhunting and Screening candidates from database.* Briefing the applicant about the job profile over the phone.* Screening the sourced profiles through telephonic and personal interview.* Salary Negotiation
