Key Accountabilities:Human Resource Management1. Managing end-to-end human resources activities involving on-boarding, performance and compensation administration, retention, formulation and implementation of HR policies and operations in co-ordination with internal and external departments.2. Payroll process for about 600 employees.3. Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy, policies and procedures to support business unit in line with company philosophy and culture.4. Conducting interviews in various colleges, determining essential skills particularly in relation to behavioral traits and competencies and cultural fit for each offered post to ensure right candidate on the right job in order to improve the effectiveness of the business process.Training & Development:1. Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.2. Organizing and conducting training and development programmes in association with the External/ Internal Trainers and Consultants.IR1. Preparing monthly contribution statement, handling queries pertaining to the ESI, PF, etc.2. Supervising statutory compliance's under various Industrial laws. i.e. PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.3. Disciplinary proceedings (warning letter, issuing charge sheet, conducting departmental enquiries for various misconduct)Significant Highlights:1. Functioning as the Management Representative for SA 8000 & WRAP Certificates & the Chief Management Representative for all committees in the factory.2. Able to maintain smooth industrial relations in the facility with low employee turnover coupled with good morale.

1. ESP (Electrical Standard Products) section of L & T for product management coordination works using various tools of software including Sales & Distribution module of SAP ERP.2. Verification of TA Bills - Middle Management.3. Monthly Report Generation.4. HR functional areas for coordinating works with transit house maintenance, Holiday home maintenance, Branch office maintenance, House keeping, travel booking and New Joiners coordination Works
