As a part of managing the Commercial Product lineup in the Server, Storage, & Networking at Supreme Computers, I am responsible for the overall performance of the Commercial product team’s performance. The following are some of my responsibilities:a. Team: Guide the Commercial Product team to achieve their targets in sell out.b. Marketing: Plan and implement marketing initiatives with the help of the marketing team.c. Inventory: Manage stock levels – purchasing from various vendors, setting the pricing, tracking stock movement.d.
