Coordinating with trainers for training schedules, Coordinating with other departments for nomination and attendance sheet, Maintaining training files as per ISO standard, Maintain inter departmental relations, update training records, preparing training certificates, compiling attendance sheets, keeping departmental administrative officers informed of training organized.1. Covered more than 10,000 employees in one year for Aviation Security Awareness training (Airport Entry Pass).2. Coordinating with different agencies for aviation trainings like GMR, Vistara, Air India, Air India Express, Air Asia X, Emirates, Singapore, Flynas, LOT Polish, Mahan Air, All Nipon, Malaysian Airlines.3. Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to address identified needs. This may include creating presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other training resources.4. Coordinate and deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and through virtual platforms. Ensure that training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles.5. Providing Grooming trainings to new as well as existing employees (Passenger, RAMP, Baggage, and Cargo Services).6. Participated in various audits to ensure 100% compliances for Airlines, DGCA, ISO, Quality, Safety and ISAGO audits.7. Handle logistical aspects of training programs, such as scheduling training sessions, reserving training venues, arranging equipment, and coordinating participant registrations.8. Maintain accurate training records and documentation, including attendance records, training completion certificates, and compliance documentation.9. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development. Apply new methodologies and technologies to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
