1.Responsible for overall logistics operations of Logistic Centre and Standalone Warehouses in South 2.Responsible for setting up new warehouses in South India3.Ensure meeting the revenue budget, GP and NP targets4.Managing a Team of 51 On role staffs, 32 off – role staffs, 172 Blue collar and other agency staffs5.Setting up process and system for operations6.Framing of Standard Operating Procedure after careful study of the operational process and implementation of the same7.Conduct monthly Quality Audit covering a wide range including the House-keeping, Safety and Security.8.Setting up Key Result Areas for the operation team and measuring the same with the given set of criteria developed9.Framing up KPI or mutually agreeing the KPI of customer after careful study of Pros and Cons, practicality and feasibility of implementing the same.10.Identifying and Selecting suitable Vendors / Service providers who meet the selective criteria fixed11.Negotiating with vendors and service providers and ensure the cost is maintained within the budget and at the same time ensuring the statutory requirement are met.12.Providing business / Design solutions to customer for effective utilization of space and Man-hours13.After Sales service by arranging monthly review meets with the customer, understand customer requirements and expectations, mutually discussion on operational gaps, framing Action Plan to close the gaps and eradicate re-occurrence of the same.New Projects Rolled Out:1.Emhart – In-plant Operations2.Invista – Warehousing Project3.Caterpillar – All India Domestic Transportation4.Lenovo – Vijayawada5.Kyocera – Warehousing Project6.Ingersol Rand – Warehousing Project in 3 locations7.TPV – Warehousing Project in 3 locations8.Mitsubishi Elevators
