Reporting directly to COO.(b) Successfully defined & implemented Information Security Management System across organisation (c) Handling the role of “Deputy Management Representative” & “Information Security Officer”(d) Initiate and develop Quality and Infosec System aimed at realizing the Organization’s Quality and Infosec Objectives. Compliance and oversee complete Quality and Infosec related activities in the Organisation(e) Actively participate / involve in the “SEPG”, “PMG” & “PMO” activities (f) Oversee QC activities of Projects (g) Successfully managed Testing Project of team size 20(h) Handling SQA team and co-ordinating SQA activities of Projects(i) Review all the related Plans in Projects [Project Management Plan, Process Tailoring Document, Risk Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Test Plan etc](j) Tailor Processes / QMS, as per the Project Scope(k) Analyse Metrics of Projects / Departments, identify gaps and work towards Continuous Improvement of the System(l) Organisation level Defect and Causal Analysis(m) Conduct “Management Review” and “Infosec Forum” Meetings (n) Train employees in the use of QMS / ISMS and its components (o) Implement and assist in the execution of QMS and ISMS Policies / Processes in all Projects / Departments (p) Handling Surveillance / Periodic Audits for QMS & ISMS(q) Handling team of Internal Auditors. Plan and conduct necessary Internal Quality and Information Security Audits(r) Follow-up on all the “Action Items”, which has emerged from different Quality and Infosec Meetings (s) Active member of the following teams:(i) Infosec Forum(ii) Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning (iii) Emergency Response Team(iv) Risk Management Council

(a) Implementing and assisting in the execution / adherence of quality processes in all departments / projects(b) Training the employees in the use of the QMS and its components(c) Helping in Developing and Maintaining Project Metrics database(d) Helping in Obtaining / maintaining required ISO 9001 certification(e) Working towards continuous improvement of the quality system(f) Assist all project team members in preparing documents and records in the defined manner(g) Ensuring proper review, approval and release of all documents / records(h) Generation of all relevant metrics at completion of each life cycle activity(i) Assisting in configuration control activities(j) Preparing the project team for audits(k) Assisting PM in initiating and conducting ECC activities(l) Maintenance of QMS documents - release, modifications, re-release, configuration control, back-ups(m) Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits(n) Assist in the execution of surveillance and other external audits(o) Conduct tests on the product at a lower level i.e. unit and module level tests(p) Assist PM and Head-QA in customising the QMS for the project
