Uses cold calling, data base mining blogs, internet/web searches, LinkedIn, employee referrals to generate candidate leads.Analyze job orders to fully understanding client's specific needs and requirements; update job descriptions to meet client's explicit requirementsIdentify and source top candidates through resume analysis.Responsible for pre-interview screening, acting as the liaison between hiring manager and candidate; sending compensation agreement, offer, interview, and acceptance or rejection.Build and maintain relationships between clients and candidates to ensure successful partnerships

1. Understanding the client requirement from the job description given and checking for the suitable candidates2. Sourcing the different resumes from different job portals like monster, dice, Linkedin etc.3. Fairly aware of responsibilities of different tax terms, benefits and costs like w2,c2c,10994. Rate negotiation, negotiating the price and rate with the candidate and the compensation packages.5. Maintaining the database of the consultant and vendors.6. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and analyze the requirements statistics.
