As a Civil Engineering graduate with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from India and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Macquarie University, I have always been passionate about combining technical knowledge with effective project management. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in structural design, project management, and engineering principles. In addition, my interests in sports and fitness have shaped my mindset, teaching me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—traits I bring to my professional life.I have hands-on experience working as a Junior Civil Engineer at Maruthi Construction, where I was involved in site planning, structural analysis, and design, ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget. I also managed CAD documentation and collaborated with diverse teams to maintain high-quality standards. My projects include soil stabilization research and the structural analysis and design of a G+4 residential building. I currently work as a Supervisor at Max Brenner Cafe, where I've honed my leadership and team management skills, enhancing productivity and fostering a positive work environment.Looking ahead, I am eager to grow as a Civil Engineer by taking on challenging roles in the construction and infrastructure sectors. My goal is to contribute to innovative projects, develop sustainable solutions, and advance my expertise in engineering design, project management, and construction technologies.
