CurrentStrategy Planning ❑ Strategizing the long term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives. ❑ Handling the overall business operation which involves conceptualizing & implementing business strategies for accomplishment of sales targets of products in Domestic/ International markets. ❑ Establishing set-ups from scratch after in-depth study of market dynamics, demand and supply scenario as well as detailed profitability calculations.❑ Controlling & formulating departmental budgets ensuring adherence to planned expenses.Business Operations, Marketing/ Channel Management❑ Developing marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes.❑ Analyzing & review the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the marketing/ engineering teams for coming up new applications. ❑ Developing & maintaining channel partners & ensuring maximum visibility/ coverage in markets. Export Operations❑ Independently handling export operations of the company products in international markets. ❑ Liaising with export promotional councils, embassies & high commissions, chamber of commerce & trade fairs authorities for back up & support in identifying potential importers, buyers & distributors. ❑ Liaising with custom authorities through C.H.A’s for clearance & ensuring statutory compliances.Key Account Management❑ Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.❑ Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business. Work closely with clients to maximize yield at customer’s process front. ❑ Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.Team Management ❑ Mentoring, managing and leading a team of professionals for achieving Sales targets
