Current• Focused on full recruiting life cycle sourcing, resume analysis, screening, negotiation, interviews andclosing the candidates for assigned requisition.• Worked with the following implementation partners or vendors company like Tential, Agreeya, YASHTechnologies, Deloitte, I Q Matrix, and many• Worked for the following end clients: PwC, Backbase, Mad Mobile, Polaris, Solar Turbine, Newmont, Mundi Pharma, Purolator, Info Wave, etc.• Recruiting candidates from all LATAM region countries for the nearshore projects.• Responsible for hiring IT talents from Mexico and Canada for client opportunities in the UnitedStates.• Closely works with hiring Mexican developers and working on their TN visa process.• Helping the candidates with the DS-160 immigrant application form and payment process everything.• Expertise with maintaining the database to make it useful to find the resources for the requirements.• Recruiting experience with different types of IT roles like Java, .NET, Frontend, Android, iOS, Xamarin, Python, Data Engineer, ETL, Hadoop, Big Data, Power BI, DevOps, System Engineer, Support Engineer, UI/UX Designer, Salesforce, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager,SAP and ERP.• Good experience with sourcing platforms and Job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster,OCCM, etc.• Using LinkedIn extensions such as Lusha, Owleye, SalesQL, Get Prospect, Apollo, etc.• Handling weekly, monthly and yearly reports of my team.• Involved in domestic recruiting also for offshore projects.• Preparing offer letters for selected candidates.• Preparing vendor resumes on behalf of the candidates
