• Responsible for overall operations & management, interacts with management, logistics, wearhouse, administration, and accounts payable and other support staff to include quality and safety personnel. • Open new Branches (A to Z)• Searching for new investors for franchise. • Responsible for interacting with third party suppliers and logistics providers. • Prepares reports on the current condition of logistics, stock, customer satisfaction and decide on the next course of action. • Managing support services through maximizing the output of the various support services such as admin, IT, HR & other third party hired services. • Creates Operational strategy to optimize the use of the resources of the company. • Managing marketing and strategic plan. • Training staff on job & off job & being sure all employees are motivated in their daily work & have no challenges. • Responsible for updating policies, processes & procedures, and responsible for staff, location compliance with customer requirements, company policies & directions and local regulatory requirements.
