At BT Technology my role broadly involves conceptualizing, designing, developing scalable, progressive and secure web applications & platforms that drives sales within the business vertical. As an individual contributor and team leader I drive the UX Design & Development team (nick named Sales UX CoE).Occasionally, I involve in consultation projects for various startups and SMEs to enable their IT systems. My previous role also involved providing classroom training for senior professionals and new joiners aimed at improving their skill set. Primarily I thrive on my mental diet for UX Design, JavaScript and its frameworks (way from Backbone/Marionette -> AngularJS -> React -> Vue), HTML5/CSS3, Nodejs. Occasionally I do server side coding with J2EE/Spring whenever it meets the eye.
