Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSDevelops and maintains production business plans for FIL,undercoat, port installs and VPC. Establishes production and quality control standards for all plant support shuttles, undercoat, FIL, Port Installs and VPC operations.Provides guidance to the development of a process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, tooling and equipment needs.Ensures all established production, quality, and delivery commitments are met.Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of production problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent production delays.Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shuttle operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.Determines responsibilities of assigned supervisory staff positions to accomplish business objectives.Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.

Manages and coordinates all PIO activities and programs to ensure a safe, healthy, accident-free and productive work environment for all PIO employees. Develops, implements, and monitors PIO programs to reduce frequency of accidents and injuries; assists in maximizing the profitability of the PIO Operations. Plans, implements, communicates, and monitors PIO policies and procedures to ensure compliance with any relevant local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Audits various PIO program elements of effectiveness; schedules and performs PIO audits; identifies issues and develops corrective action plans. Develops and implements PIO training programs designed to instruct employees in general safe work practices plus specific instruction with regard to hazards unique to any job assignment; provides training for new employees. Encourages employees and supervisors to report all unsafe conditions immediately and schedules or coordinates repairs as soon as possible. Encourages employees and supervisors to report any injury that occurs on the job, even a slight cut or strain, immediately. Maintains records for statistical measurement and conformance to standard practices of the industry. Prepares and maintains required PIO reports. All other duties as assigned.

Provide supervision undercoat operation as well as the undercoat to stock operationESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provides guidance and technical support to crew members on an ongoing basis regarding changing work procedures, safety precautions, etc Based on projected workload, schedules appropriate number of employees to insure timely completion, quality, and the most efficient utilization of staffing Communicates work assignments to Shuttle Van Drivers and Shuttle Drivers and monitors progress toward completion throughout the day Keeps work crew advised of changing priorities and assignments Verifies location updates and scanner data Performs other duties as assigned

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Police Department.Handling of complaint and criminal investigation.Developed policy for Police Department.Coordinated all training for officers. Work as liaison with local, state and federal agencies and serves as media representative. Responsible for recruitment and development of staff.
