Shay Baldwin is General Counsel for Trilogy Real Estate Group, LLC. Mr. Baldwin is an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded attorney with a demonstrated history of providing day-to-day strategic, tactical, and compliance counsel to Trilogy’s executive team.Prior to joining Trilogy, Mr. Baldwin chaired the 21-attorney commercial real estate group at the law firm of Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., where his practice focused on real estate transactions including office, industrial, retail, multi-family residential, construction, sale, leasing, financing, and investment. During such time, Mr. Baldwin was named one of Super Lawyers Magazine’s Rising Stars and Super Lawyers and achieved a Martindale-Hubbell AV® rating (very high to preeminent) among his peers for legal ability, professional reliability, diligence and ethics, and a Preeminent Rating of same among his prior clients.Mr. Baldwin received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, graduating with honors. Mr. Baldwin is also an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
