Led the hardware technical program management organization for the AR/VR business. Products launched: Oculus Go, Oculus Rift S, Oculus Quest.

Continued leadership and expansion of the Advanced Products and Asia in-region system-level EPM teams.

Managed system-level EPMs, responsible for program execution covering all products within the Advanced Products hardware organization. Also responsible for building Amazon's first Asia in-region system-level EPM team from the ground up (charter and R&R development as well as hiring and management).

Managed the PD EPM team covering Kindle, Fire, Fire TV, and Echo product lines. Doubled team scope from coverage of two product lines to four, managing associated resource expansion and R&R alignment across the organization.

Managed a portion of the PD EPM team in the Kindle product design organization while maintaining independent program management responsibilities on Kindle E-readers and Fire tablets.

Worked as a PD EPM in Kindle product design. Served dual roles in 2012 by maintaining PD EPM responsibilities and simultaneously leading the overall program team as the interim system-level EPM for the Kindle Voyage E-reader.

Designed the drum maintenance unit subsystem for the ColorQube 9300 solid ink multi-function printer. Patent: “Cleaner apparatus for a phase change ink printer, United States Patent D642610”
