Land Acquisition and Liasioning - Aggregated 1000 acres in Kovai region for Wind Project about 250 MW FY -2017 &2018.Land Acquisition is the primary key department for Wind projects . Wind mast team will do research about wind speed power generation per day through wind mast .Then as a Land Acquisition expert will analysing the market price and do feasibility before meeting landlord and then had start negotiation with the land lords and close the deal.. Liasioning means getting clearance from EB , police , forest and local politicians and other govt officials for the development and movement of wind turbines.

Land Acquisition is the primary key department in any industry.I had joined in that Key department for Residential Development.Joined as Assistant manager and Promoted to Manager.I had Acquired 1 million Sqft and Achieved 500 crs Turnover FYI 2014 -FYI 2016.I have done the research about the area , product and selling price and analysed the market and worked out feasibility.I have Negotiated , convinced and told reality of the current market to landlords and closed deal.
