Main responsibilities are to coordinate security activities at the location, assist in access control , closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, serve as communications center for security operations, and maintain constant monitoring of the alarm systems. Reports and investigations, preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

Everyday duties include: internal/external patrol; regular H&S checks; creating reports; dealing with customers face-to-face, giving instructions and guidance for a new visitors; working with CCTV, doing reports and investigations.

Got a lot of new experience working with customers, dealing with different kind of issues – always trying to find a way to improve customer service in a very busy environment. Creating and maintaining work rota, working with a budget.Internal and external checks and risk assessments, H&S training for employees, leading events and participating in Disciplinary Hearings.
