Responsible for the inventory vehicles in 5 APAC regions and the efficiency internal fleet operations:• Manage inventory vehicles in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Macau, highlighting opportunities and risk and making re-allocation recommendations.• Provide arriving and existing vehicle inventory information (trims, pricing and configurations) to field for sales achievement • Coordinate with stakeholders to maximize the number of sell-able vehicles (Pre-sale strategy)• Review and Apply company agreed discounts for inventory vehicles• Controlling the vehicle fleet integrity in the regions• Responsible for allocating product to our locations and managing our Operating Fleet • Create and utilize tools to analyze the business in order to support decisions that maximize sales and inventory turn.

Worked in the principal, we were responsible for the service level provided to Mercedes-Benz customers by our authorized dealer (Zung Fu) in Hong Kong and Macau. This scope extended from private cars to also commercial vehicles (Vans, Trucks and Buses). In my capacity:1. Adapted global Workshop and Parts initiatives to local level, and guide our dealer for execution2. Defined measures and coordinate study with agencies for Market Competitiveness and Customer experience improvement 3. Organized Top down marketing activities from global HQ and Approved campaigns suggested by dealer4. Quarterly and Yearly Operative Financial planning for Hong Kong and Macau; including all related cost and income; Daily and Monthly P&L review and KPI monitoring

As the second assignment in Zung Fu, I worked with the General Manager of Business Development to focus on the operational enhancement of 5 authorized service centers and 5 Parts depots. In our capacity we focused on two main areas: 1. Efficiency Enhancement: We set up tools and define KPIs for internal staff, review C&B package based on KPIs and worked with consultant for operational review; and2. Customer Satisfaction enhancement: Initiating and executing After sales marketing activities in conjunction with new customer experience initiatives for all After sales customers.I was also involved in budget planning, daily and monthly P&L tracking, manpower allocation and other After sales related ad hoc projects.During the time, I completed the Executive Development Programme of Jardine Matheson Group.

First assignment upon completion of the MT programme, I actively involved in Parts Sales and Planning & Execution of related Marketing activities for Mercedes-Benz and other Japanese and European OEM brands in Hong Kong. Supporting 5 Parts depots and 1 central warehouse, we achieved the KPIs and ensured our operations fulfill the dealer standard of the manufacturers.During the time, I completed the Executive Development Programme of Jardine Matheson Group.

To kick off my career in automotive industry, here I undergone a comprehensive 2-year job rotation programme across various divisions to gain a wider business perspective, and to build general management capabilities.
