Responsibilities:Lead the locomotive aftermarket technical engineer team to support all the Locomotive business (AP): a) The Rail Brake System maintenance guideline with CARS( China Academy of railway sciences);b) Technical point to lead the modernization/upgrade project. For example: Driver backup system upgrade in 2017…;c) Making maintenance guideline & Scope/technical solution for each projects and periods/phase for China Bureaus;d) Making the proposal and technical solutions for the China Locomotive cooperation project;e) Handling investigation of the customer/end-users’ complaint and from technical point to make the solutions/action plan for commercial team;

Lead Aassessment Engineer team and Eelectronic Engineer team to achieve business success

1.Function as project leader from receiving team; 2. Continuously drive and implement Lean manufacturing system; 3. Maintain and continuously improve existing manufacturing systems; 4. Implement manufacturing processes with transferred or NPD projects.
