I was part of the Enrollment Systems team at the UNT Registrar's Office. Primary goals were to facilitate day-to-day operations of the Registrar by handling student data requests and providing basic desktop support.My responsibilities include:-Assisting in ad hoc student data requests while ensuring FERPA compliance-Maintained Registrar and FERPA training websites using HTML/CSS on Drupal 7-Basic IT support of the Registrar’s Office-Created and updated technical support documentation

I worked as a guard at a client account. My main responsibilities were loss-prevention and access control. Tasks I performed on duty were:- Completion of interior and exterior patrols throughout shift- Monitor CCTV cameras and perform video pulls per client request- Escort guests and/or contractors within premises- Supervise gate and door access control- Greet clients and provide customer service

My summer internship was the opportunity to help the Program Management Department at RECARO Aircraft Seating. The scope of my project included:- Redesigning the department's 8 Phase Audit Book in MS Excel for more automation and user friendliness- Assisted in generating weekly KPI reports used by multiple departments- Improving KPI reports through automation in MS Excel
