Provided IT guidance and support for OCPS Materials Management department. Managed several projects, analyzing business needs, developing ‘build or buy’ criteria and helping with systems implementation, integration, training and administration. Delivered new Distribution Services delivery management system that increased on-time deliveries from 27% to 92% in 6 months. Developed automated reporting systems for OCPS Supply Center, integrating SAP financial data and internal business processes reducing time spent to create monthly reports by 90%.

Directed operations of multiple locations with 8 direct reports and over 50 volunteers. Increased annual client visits from 3,000 in 2012 to over 6,000 in 2014 through expanding size of existing offices and doubling the number of locations from 2 to 4. Oversaw all financial and resource decisions, increased operating budget nearly 300% over 4 years. Defined and executed strategic plan, focusing on growing the organization and building relationships with supporters and clients. Created client management system used in all centers. Produced brand material: presentations, logo, brochures, videos, website and maintained presence on Social Media platforms. Solicited funding, donations and volunteer support during presentations to community groups and churches all around Central Florida. Developed a report of monetized donated goods and time to present a better scope of growth in services to the community that reflected over 1 million dollars in total operations.

Managed beginning of development lifecycle for enhancements to global telecommunications billing systems. Facilitated requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs and then translated those needs into system requirements and scenarios that the development team used to create designs. Hosted and managed meetings, both in person and virtual. Led and participated in several process improvement initiatives focused on making our processes more efficient. Saved over $50,000 in licensing costs by developing a homegrown replacement for our document management system using SharePoint. Designed, architected and developed a tool that was used by several hundred people in the organization and housed several thousand documents and other project information.
